To start a return, please email us at contact@heartbreaker-club.co.uk with your order details. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that once the parcel is handed over, it is the courier’s responsibility to ensure it reaches us safely. The item(s) need to be returned to us within 28 days in the condition they were dispatched in with tags and labels attached. Any products that have tags removed or are not in the condition they were shipped in will not be guaranteed for a refund.
